ajjl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ajjl ("ajjl", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ajjl.app ("Platform").

By accessing the ajjl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ajjl Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

To register and maintain an ajjl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age . The legal minimum age for online gambling in the Philippines under the PAGCOR regulatory framework is 21 years old. This requirement is strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ajjl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ajjl Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ajjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering your ajjl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Submit valid identification documents when requested as part of ajjl's Know Your Customer ("KYC") process.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ajjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ajjl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where ajjl has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria in Section 2 have not been met or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

All deposits to your ajjl wallet must be made using payment methods officially supported by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT. ajjl reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 per transaction, subject to any higher minimums imposed by individual payment providers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ajjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• ajjl is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking system downtime, or network interruptions.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your ajjl wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

Withdrawal of funds from your ajjl wallet is subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC details.
• All pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• ajjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
• ajjl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis, which will be communicated to affected players.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where ajjl has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, unresolved disputes, or ongoing investigations.

In the event that ajjl is unable to process a withdrawal using the payment method originally used for deposit, ajjl will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. Players are responsible for maintaining at least one active, verified payment method on their account.

ajjl offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements"), which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports betting, and other game categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• ajjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress are honoured.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and may result in account suspension.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus or sign-up bonus once. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is prohibited.

All games available on the ajjl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The following general principles apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• All live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time from certified studio facilities. Game outcomes are final once the round is completed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ajjl will use all available technical data to determine the correct outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• ajjl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds or game parameters resulting from a technical error.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ajjl Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or circumventing game rules.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposit, or chargeback abuse.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ajjl staff members or other players.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, ajjl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, forfeit all balances (including cash balance, bonus balance, and pending withdrawals), and pursue any available legal remedies. ajjl may also report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

ajjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the Platform is used for entertainment purposes only. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions. The Platform will issue warnings and automatic logouts when session limits are reached.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic reality check reminders that display gaming session duration and net results.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Players may permanently close their ajjl account at any time by contacting [email protected].

All content on the ajjl Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, audio and video content, and underlying source code ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of ajjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include:

• Any right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, or distribute any Content without prior written consent from ajjl.
• Any right to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Any right to use ajjl's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Content or Platform constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ajjl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including scheduled maintenance periods.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any technical malfunction, network failure, server downtime, or force majeure event beyond ajjl's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, ajjl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall ajjl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ajjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at ajjl.app/privacy-policy.

By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
• Sending promotional communications where you have provided your consent to receive them.
• Fraud detection and security monitoring.

ajjl processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

ajjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform at ajjl.app/terms-conditions.

Where amendments are material, ajjl will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

Your continued use of the ajjl Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ajjl support.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the ajjl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a complaint by contacting ajjl support at [email protected]. ajjl will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full resolution within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any legal proceedings not resolved through PAGCOR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
